Kristen Makhathini

As the Broker/Manager of the Summerlin office, Kristen has extensive experience helping her clients with their real estate needs. She is an accomplished leader with management experience across a variety of industries including real estate, live entertainment productions, and banking. Raised in Seattle, Kristen graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, while working at Bank of America and as Dance Captain for the NBA Seattle Sonics. After college, her love of dance led to her becoming a featured dancer for Celebrity Cruise Line, where she met her husband and fellow dancer, Mannie. Together, they traveled and performed around the world, eventually settling down in Las Vegas in 2004 to raise their two children and launch their real estate careers. Kristen has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and has held leadership positions such as General Manager and Branch Broker. Her collaboration, creativity and connection are at the center of her relationships with clients, agents, and colleagues and she loves helping others succeed and reach their goals.
